2. Membership and Access
Membership tiers (Open Community, Global Family, Global Ambassadors) grant different levels of access to our content, forums, and events. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Payment and Refunds
Membership fees are charged according to your selected tier. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refund policies vary by membership tier and are outlined in your membership agreement. Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through The CROWN Abundance Movement, including courses, videos, articles, and materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use our platform respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited activities include harassment, hate speech, spam, unauthorized commercial activities, and any behavior that disrupts the community. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Forum Participation
Charter forums are spaces for constructive dialogue and mutual support. By participating, you agree to respect other members, maintain confidentiality of shared personal information, and contribute positively to discussions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific results from participation in our programs. Financial, relationship, and life decisions remain your personal responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
The CROWN Abundance Movement and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the organization.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with established arbitration rules.
